The Market Access package includes the following products and services:

	The Analysis Book – This assessment entails a complete company analysis, industry analysis, financial analysis and business valuation. The average length of the report is approximately 100 to 120 pages and is prepared for owners/shareholder’s eyes only.
	Précis – This is a one-page document that summarizes company’s key operating strengths, revenue and EBITDA during historic and Pro Forma years. It is prepared for confidential distribution to potential acquirers or investors.
	Pitch Book – This document includes summary company analysis, industry analysis and financial analysis. The document is approximately 20 to 30 pages in length and is prepared for confidential distribution to potential acquirers or investors.
	Buyer’s and Investor Lists – RWG will prepare a list of potential companies that would be interested in acquiring or investing in your establishment.  Depending on the industry, average buyer’s list includes approximately 50 to 100 companies as well as private investor groups.  Our databases include contact information, company’s name, location, business type, employee count and revenue.
